For mailed payments, please send to the following address with:
1. Tenant’s complete name (as written on lease)
2. Facility name
3. Unit number clearly labeled.

How to Pay Online:
1. Click the “Pay Now” Button below.
2. Under the section “Provide your account information,” please enter the last seven (7) digits of your phone number as written on your lease for the space labeled “Gate Access Code.”
3. Please enter the remaining information required for setting up your account.
4. Once your account has been created, you will be able to select and view your account balance for your unit(s).
Note: If you are a tenant with units at multiple locations, you will be required to create an account for each separate location.
